Matthew Flandermeyer is the Chief Financial Officer of Strategic Gaming Management and responsible for all aspects of finance, strategic planning, compliance, and reporting. Prior to joining Strategic Gaming, Mr. Flandermeyer owned and operated a chain of fast-casual restaurants and taverns in the Las Vegas market. Mr. Flandermeyer was also Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Golden Entertainment (NASDAQ: GDEN), a diverse gaming company that owns and operates hotels, casinos & taverns in Southern Nevada. While at Golden, Mr. Flandermeyer led all financial, compliance and accounting functions, importantly overseeing the Company through profound stages of growth including a public exit on NASDAQ.

Mr. Flandermeyer is married with three sons and lives in Las Vegas and serves on the Board of Regents of Concordia University – Irvine and Board of Directors of Faith Lutheran Middle School & High School.
